- Best paper award for the year 2018-2019 in CEOAS for the paper entitled "A PMIP3 narrative of modulation of
ENSO teleconnections to the Indian summer monsoon by background changes in the Last Millennium" - Qualified CSIR-NET (JRF) in Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, 2016.
- Awarded National Fellowship for Higher Education (NFHE) of ST Students to pursue PhD.
