Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week - 31st October to 6th November, 2022 17-11-2022

 

Observance of Vigilance Awareness week at NCESS commenced with the pledge taking ceremony on 31st October at 11 am. Facilities were also made to take e-pledge. Handouts were distributed to the employees of NCESS as part of awareness program. As part of the observance of the Vigilance Awareness Week, a special talk on ‘Vigilance Issues’ was delivered by Dr. Alexander Jacob, IPS, former DGP of Kerala, on 7th November, 2022 at NCESS. As part of the Vigilance Awareness Program, competitions for school students were organized at NCESS, and 15 nominated students from Kendriya Vidyalaya schools in Trivandrum participated. Elocution Competition on the topic "A corruption free India of my dreams" and an Essay Competition on the topic "Corruption: Causes and Solutions " were conducted at NCESS, and a cash prize of Rs.2000, Rs.1000, and Rs.500 each were awarded to the first, second, and third prize winners, respectively. Further, a consolation prize of Rs.250 each was distributed to all the other participants. Posters on vigilance awareness were displayed at prominent locations inside the campus.
